To gamify project management, consider integrating game elements into daily activities. For instance, instead of permanently assigning roles like leading daily meetings, rotate them among team members. By making responsibilities transferable, individuals are motivated to perform better to avoid undesirable tasks.

To rank individuals, assess daily task completion metrics. Those who consistently underperform can be assigned additional responsibilities, such as coordinating meetings or preparing project status updates. This encourages everyone to fulfill their tasks promptly to avoid taking on extra duties.

Another aspect is accountability for daily tasks. The person in charge for the day may need to create reports, adding to their workload if tasks are not completed. Clear parameters should be set for evaluation, possibly involving team members in decision-making through voting.

Ultimately, the project manager holds the authority, but decisions are made collectively. If tasks are completed efficiently, the project manager focuses on coordination. This approach enables the project manager to plan and gamify the project management process effectively.
